Checker, a cache per year for a country

Question

Hello,

I am looking for a script that would validate the fact to have found at least one cache for years available in the country.

Conditions:

Number of cache: (editable)
  1

Types of caches:
  Traditional Geocache
  Multi-Cache
  letterbox Hybrid
  Mystery Cache

Country: (editable)
  France

Early years (editable)
  2002

Year ended:
  Current year

Is this for a specific cache? If so, please give the GC code.

Also, I'd like to clarify the details. I assume it is the hidden date you're after rather than the found date. For the types, is it one of each type for each year or just that all four types need to be found?

Indeed it will be for a specific cache (GC5MA4E Challenge, les années passent, vive le géocaching: unpublished).
It is indeed to find at least one type of cache among four.
Take into account the year when the cache was hidden.
