When tagging the new earthcache challenge GC5MAHA Inoticed a difference between PGC and geocaching.com

Geocaching.com classifies Dublin as a region and PGC as part of the Leinster region

When it is fixed we (taggers who have placed tags in Ireland) have to go through the challenges in order to see if the tags are placed correctly. In stead of 4 regions we will have 5 regions for Ireland.

A fix has been applied and some calculations of data is in progress. All caches that was supposed to belong to region Dublin will do so within an hour from now.
