Can I get a list of all my Did Not Find logs?

I would like a list of all my Did Not Find logs over all of my membership time.  Is this possible?

You can do this in Geocachin.com: your profile - geocaches (in the list of links at the top) - show "didn't find it" (in the second list of links). A little hidden but exactly what you wanted.

Project-GC currently only tracks Found logs (and Attended/Webcam Photo Taken).
