Can someone please make a checker for GC5NR13 (Challenge, log minimum 50 Mystericaches in a year)

Hi. I am working on a 17 caches Mysteri Challenge, and would like som help to make 

 

checkers for these caches.

 

Mysteri Challenge #12 - 50 In a year

 

To log this cache you have to have logged minimum 50 Mysteri caches in a year.

Thanks! Does this checker count every year, like 2013 or 2014, or does it count 365 days in a row, f.ex. 1.5.2013-01.05.2014?
