I purchased a membership a week ago and haven't had any challenges checked automatically (per the challenge checker map.)  Ones that I have manually checked do show up.

I'm curious if I need to be patient, I don't understand the process, or I'm doing something wrong?

Thanks

Updated my answer. Your account has now been run against almost 4000 checkers.

The process itself is fully automated, so you are not supposed to need to do anything.

To be honest I had the believe that they would start to show up within 24 hours, but by looking at your account it doesn't seem like that.

After some initial investigaions, it does seem like our 12 cpu cores isn't enough to actually keep up. We will look into this and come with some form of solution. I will get back to you.

Also, when it starts to work, it won't be that it has run all the ~10000 checkers PGC has at once. It will run more and more of them, and those closest to your home will be run first. But I would have expected there to be at least 100 new checkers run each day. Again, we will get back on this topic. Since it's weekend now, I can't promise a fix right away.

UPDATE: We have made adjustments so that new members should be started quicker, however, it may still take 1-2 days. We do have further plans to make it smoother, but it's a larger engagement that we can't fix right now. While looking into this we manually ran your account a few times and you now have almost 4000 challenges checked.

The issue itself is that the running of checkers isn't evenly spread yet. The last 11 days has been running at max capacity, but the two weeks before that we had a lot of idle time on the server for the purpose. This will even out in the long run and can be seen as a startup issue for the project. We will of course also try to take more active methods towards avoiding an uneven spread if we can find a good solution for it.
