Is it possible to add a possibility to see top region and county finders regardles of the country that region or county is in? I am quite curious for example "Who out of Polish geocachers found most regions worldwide?" Countries without defined regions could just add one point each to this stat.

Normally we have the filter requirements because of performance issues.

But in this case, adding a "profile country" gives about the same performance as adding "cache country". Therefore we have added that as an alternative requirement in our development environment. The patch will go live this week.
