When searching on any of the "Top" statistics, PGC returns my ranking only when i filter on my former home country / state.  I've updated my home coordinates on Geocaching.com and have verified that PGC is displaying my new home coordinates on the setting page.

Case in Point:  My Top caching year was 2011 when I lived in Kentucky, I later moved to North Carolina then moved to Utah but when I search on Top Caching Year, PGC only returns my ranking when I filter on United States / North Carolina.  If I filter on Kentucky or Utah, PGC does not display my ranking.

Any assistance in correcting or understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Since PGC does not have the home coordinates for every geocacher, the statistics uses a calculated and estimated home location instead. It also protects the integrity a bit, since it's calculated from data that anyone can see.

The location is calculated mostly based on how many days you have been caching in different locations, where the lsat 6 months has a higher weight.

PGC can manually force locations for users, just contact support and ask for your home location to be moved. I wasn't 100% Utah was the current one, otherwise I would have fixed it now.
