I tested it and it has two prolems.
It is to slow . Try to run it for me and you get at timeout error.
The other problem and the bigger one is that the checker is incorrect. It has to be done in 24 hours. That is impossible to check for because log time is not avalibel.
To do that on the same day is possible to do a checker for. A assume that that is what the CO really means. If it is not the checker cant be done
Sorry, I've missed the condition of 24 hours
So I'll contact the owner if they means one date or precise time of 24 hours

Target was true, for someone the script finished with timeout. Hopelessly, the server is slow, it cannot complete a infinite loop in less than 30 seconds :-).

This version of script checks for correct conditions = I've missed the condition that the challenge must me done in the same day (the owner has confirmed that the condition "24 hours" means "the same date").
