Baarle-Hertog is shown as a Dutch county, but is really a Belgium county. There is however a problem some dutch caches are shown in Baarle-Hertog but should be shown in Baarle-Nassau. This is caused by the small parts of Belgium as enclaves inside The Netherlands.

Well, knowing the complexity of this particular Dutch-Belgian border it is a hell of a job to get the polygons really following the borders (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baarle-Nassau#/media/File:Baarle-Nassau_-_Baarle-Hertog-en.svg). You've got parts of Belgium inside the Netherlands, which are inside Belgium which is inside the Netherlands.
