Count found with dif >=3 or ter >=3

I know, I have asked before, but I did not get an anwser, so I try once more.

Is it posible to make a checker there is counting diffycult >=3 or terrain >=3,  

You have to find a number of cache with (D on 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and the T on 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5) or (D on 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5 and the T on 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5), not in one day, but over time.

Is this for an existing cache or for a new one you are planning? If it is for an existing one please provide the GC code.

If it is for one you are planning then note the announcement the other week that no new challenge caches will be accepted for the next 12 months.

If it is one that is already placed then this tag does almost what you want http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC454WM/8233 - that one requires it to be found within 7 days.
