I have stored caches from a route to my virtuel gps, updated and exported them to a gpx-file, and now the job is ready to be downloaded. When I click to download, nothing happens. I seem to end up at an empty page with no way out but go back. My file is about 9.350 caches, and as I understand it 10.000 caches is the limit.

Suggestions on what to do?

SOLVED :-)

I have created several new GPX files from the Virtual GPS and after completion they can be downloaded again.

What you are telling me - and others - is to take an aspering (a painkiller-pill) and wait 24 hours. I am pretty sure that that cures the pain in the short run but the bug isn't fixed.
I had the same problem from Tuesday to Thursday, but today the new GPX are working again, but I can still not download the GPX that were created between Tuesday and Thursday. I think there was an issue with creating them or with linking them and therefore they still don't work and you have to run new jobs.

So it is fixed, but we don't know what the error was ;-)
It would appear that there's still an issue. I just created a job. When I got the completion notification I tried downloading but it just took me to a blank screen.
I created another job same virtualGPS (453 cache) and had the same problem.

GPX files from jobs a few days ago work ok.

If I look at the javascipt console in my browser (Waterfox) I see
'The character encoding of the HTML document was not declared. The document will render with garbled text in some browser configurations if the document contains characters from outside the US-ASCII range. The character encoding of the page must be declared in the document or in the transfer protocol.'

The same download problem occurs if I try in Chrome
Well I still can't download those 3 gpx files which I created but I just tried again by exporting the same virtualGPS and managed to download the GPX new gpx first time.
Strange...
