I am paying member and it still stands of 12may and the update is not done today 15 may?

This will not solve the problem - but I have the same issue as member: my statistics are dated May 12 as well.

First, have you emailed Project-GC to ask them about this? I've had very quick help from the, when I emailed them. Also check that you are still authenticated through Groundspeak. I've noted every now and then that my authentication seems to get disconnected between Geocaching.com and Project-GC. Try re-authenticating your account and see if that helps.

Authentication should have no effect on frequency of updates.

I have contacted them but no answer. Anyhow now it is updated after 3 days! But I still wonder why?
