There is a txt file at  http://home.comcast.net/~kencsmithcn/geocachepublic/NCalDeLormeGrids.txt that contains all of the valid sections (DeLorme pages) and their related coordinates.

I've asked lillfiluren to create a polygon set for me, as there's too much data to contain in a tag. Once he has, I'll have a checker for you.
