Would/could it be possible to have a notifier for when a photo is uploaded to an owned cache?

As an owner of over a hundred caches we would like to know when an image is uploaded to the site, it's a very long winded way to check each cache page gallery for potential spoler photos.

This is on our "wanted" list. We have not yet investigated how doable it is. If this gets implemented, we will also look into checking if they are geotagged or not.
