What to you mean? I have no idea what saving a TB is?
if "Is there a way to filter the TB?" if a queston to show caches with TB:s in the on pgc the answer in it is not possible because of how the API works the information on pgc would to often be out of date.

The way to create a map with TB is to create a PQ with only caches with TB:S in the in the relevant area. Don't run it and only use the PQs functon on the maps on gc.com to show the caches

My question is, is it possible to Filter a TB (Travel Bug). I have more than 600 TB's ( Travel Bugs) discovert, now I will check whether one is twice.

In Project GC I can check for double Logs (Bad Logs) I'm looking for the same for TB's (TravelBugs).

No there is not. The only TB functions on pgc is the toplist of number discovered.
But there is no need for that.
The TB number if numbers of TB discovered. Not number of discovered/retrieve/picked up logs. It is ok to discover TB:s multiple time.
I am only 99% sure that what i write is true. plase correct me if a am incorrect.

By the way the answer you wrote above should really have been an comment to the question. If you post it as an answer it looks like the problem is solved and it was not. until this comment
