Unless you had a list of all your FPs I don't think that you can do it.

The FPs could have been deleted a while ago as edits can take some time to come through.

Which cache is it about? There is no guarantee that you get notified within 24 hours or likewise. In fact, it may take quite a while.

Have you also checked your spam-folders so that you don't have the email in there?

Well I said I lost 3, so that would mean there were 3 caches and since I didnt get notified then I wouldn't know which caches they were,  And yes my spam folder has been checked.  A couple of hours after I posted that I received the email that 5 favorites had been removed.
Do I understand you correct that you have now received an email telling you which geocaches you have lost the favorite points on? Otherwise I will gladly try to investigate it for you.

But as mentioned before, there is a big risk that it just takes some extra time. Project-GC does not detect any changes instantly. Most changes takes about 24 hours, but some takes more time, like for example, editing of logs or removal of FP. The workflow is quite hard to explain and can almost be seen as random. But the more active the geocache is, the faster it goes.
Yes! I have received the notification of which ones were deleted, sadly it was a geocaching friend who got bit by a dog (not even my dog ;( on one of our outings and has since decided to do things like un favorite my caches that he has done... I don't understand it but... guess I don't need a friend like that :)
thank you for all your help and the explanation!
