Under the heading "Tools" item Map compair you can fill in the location of the caches (Germany, Bundeslander etc.) and you can also select a periode.

An alterantiver is the Map NESW/Oldest http://project-gc.com/Tools/MapNESW

Yu have to hide archived to get the oldest active, On problem might be that the oldes cache are a cache with an incorrect hide date(like the oldest cache in sweden, There is one with hide date 1991) There are som places wher that is the case and you have to check for loop to get more then one result and that  is a paying member finction
