If you are a paying member of Project-GC (see http://project-gc.com/Home/Membership for more about that) your stats will update daily. If you are not a paying member of Project-GC your stats will update weekly. Also note that your new logs are read into Project-GC as soon as possible, but you should expect a delay on the order or an hour or so.
This is the situation on your statistics and if you are using a challenge checker it should be between 1 hour and at maximum a day after logging your finds
