See FAQ: How is the elevation data calculated?

It would appear that two different methods are being used, because I get two different results within the same section in my profile stats.

In my list of highest and lowest elevations, I only have three caches that are over 10,000 feet.  However, on the elevation chart just below, it shows that I have 24.  Both cannot be true.
You read the Elevation chart wrong. There is "< 10000" (below 10k), which is obviously confusing that there are not shown caches above 10k. It is not an issue with metric units, where your founds fit under "< 5000".

Please fill a bug report/feature request (new question) to show also caches over 10k ft in the elevation chart.
