You cant change it on pgc at this time.
But is is correct depending on your definition. If you ignore lab caches that are for some reason not in the api it is correct. Caches logged the same day are ordered in the order they were logged on gc.com

I'm not sure if this works anymore, but you can change the date of the log to change your milestone.  Our first cache was Let's go bowling, and our third was sign of the times, although it said that it was our first.  Although, I re-logged it before I got my Project-GC Profile stats.  Good Luck!
