Can you create a checker for the South Florida and North Florida Challenge?

Question

Is it possible to do a checker for the South Florida Challenge GCTVT8 and North Florida Challenge GCTVT3  You have to have at least one cache in each of the following counties:

South Florida -

Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Osceola, Brevard, Manatee, Hardee, Highlands, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, Indian River, Sarasota, Desoto, Martin, Charlotte, Glades, Lee, Hendry, Palm Beach, Collier, Broward, Monroe, Dade

North Florida - All the counties not listed above.

 

If possible, can the checker create a list of at least one cache found in each county?

It can be done with the script "Generic County checker" from Rikitan. Unfortunately I'm on a mobile connection, so maybe somebody else can make it.
