Is it possible to create a checker for GC3594H (DIe Kelten/The Celts)?

The Challenge Die Kelten/The Celts is a bit tricky. The checker must do the following:

- Checking for the words "Kelten*", "Keltisch*", "Celts", "celtic", "grave mound", "Hügelgrab"...

- Checking for caches in the bookmarklist Kelten

- Found at least in 5 countries or states

- Found at least 20 caches

Is it possible to write a checker for that? It's clear, the checker will never find all Celtic caches, but it could be helpful to start the challenge.

Unfortunately the list of words in titles cannot be well defined, so it's not possible to create this checker.
