Can a checker be created for GC5PV4B, The Mile High Challenge?

Challenge is to find one cache between each elevation marker given, 17 caches total:

0-10'

11-50'

51-100'

Every 100' from 101-1000'

Every 1000' from 1001- 5000'

One cache between 5001- 5280'
