Strange problem the badge is not in the list. A guess is that pgc dont know her home coordinates. Login as here on pgc an look in setting in the menu with your name. The coordinates should be listed in the bottom
Well, we checked Geocaching.com (I think that's where you wanted us to check her location?).  Anyhow, it's there and it is correct.

But on the tab for "Finds", it doesn't show an entry under either "Nearest" or "Furtherest" caches.  Then, the BadgeGen page doesn't even LIST (grayed out) the Long-Distance badge as available!

To further muddy the waters, even though I received long-distance credit for the PA to Czech caches, until the system just updated my profile a few minutes ago, my "Finds" was also showing blank for Nearest & Furtherest!  It is now correct.

Annddd, for some reason, my profile on Geocaching has not updated with the latest that just got added to my Project-GC stats.  I'll reload the HTML link again to see if that fixes it (yes, I had selected the auto update code).

BTW, I'm running Firefox as my browser for this and I just got stuck with updating to Windows 10 from Windows 7 Home Pro.
Changed the answer to a comment what the problem was not identified.

No you should not look at the coordinates at gc.com but at project-gc.com
My guess is that pgc has for some reason doesn't have her home coordinates and that is the problem. If I understand it correctly a user has to  at least authenticate pgc.com for it to have the opportunity to retrieve her home coordinates.

The "Nearest" or "Furtherest" are only visible to yourself for privacy reason. They become invisible  when you was unauthenticated at pgc
The badge is visible to all but not the "Nearest" or "Furtherest" cache. I can see your badge now

There are setting at http://project-gc.com/Statistics/ProfileStats called "Show home coordinate based modules to others and include them in exports" to make the visible to all
examples below
Visible to you but not me
http://maxcdn.project-gc.com/ProfileStatsImage/DragonSoldier4
Visible to both of us
http://maxcdn.project-gc.com/ProfileStatsImage/ganja1447.
Invisible to both of us (nypon can see the himself)

Log in as her on project-gc.com You have to log in at gc.com with the same user so it is easiest to use another browse. The use the user name meny( on the top on the right) and look at the setting.
The home coordinates has to be there for it to work. If she has not logged in at pgc.com before that is probably enough to add the badge the next time the stats are generated.
That would be at October 5 because the stats are generated once a week for not paying users and her last update was 28 sept.
I suspect she has not used the site because she has no pgc badge on her stats and she should get some point if she had used the site

The linked image you use on gc.com is automatic updated. The problem might a the cache in the browser, The html code from pgc is always the same. If a page does not load correctly reftresh it with ctrl+F5 to reload it without using the cache. It is a useful tip on all web pages
Hmm, it shows correctly for me...

I think this problem is solved, right?

DragonLadyHue has the long distance badge with the same distance as DragonSoldier45

I can see that in both your profile stats.
