Feature request: add custom filters to event notifiers

Question

Would it be possible to allow custom filters to event notifiers? For example, I'd like to be notified of any event in the UK with a terrain 5 rating.

As a follow-up, the ability to select multiple regions would also be helpful :-)

For multiple regions you can build different notifiers, each covering one of the regions you would like to watch..

I have build one for my hometown and another one for a part of Hamburg.
