Setting home location in PQ Splitter

I accidently deleted my home location coordinates from the PQ Splitter and now I can't figure out how to add it back in.  I have a cache location filter (country and state) set that I can't delete and when I click on "Add a filter", the cache location option is grayed out.  How can I fix this?

I figured it out finally.  The center/radius is a different filter than the cache location.  Viola!

one or more countys  or region has to selected. But is is standard boxes and you unselect with ctrl+left mouse button
 
I don know about the location filter. Try the links below. Another correct might make it possible again. 
In the worst case edit the second set a correct county the coordinates and a radius that should work
