Bug: Challenge maps: cannot toggle has checker

In the Challenge Checker map, it states that Has Checker/Missing Checker can be toggled in the map, if we leave the setting at Show All. However there is no control to do this. Please remove this text or add the control.

Works fine for me, the control is in the Layers button top right. The different geocache layers is in the bottom, after the tile layers.
