Statistics/Overview does not handle year change?

Question

When browsing through the site, I found that after the year change, last week and and last month show empty rows. It is reproducible with more countries, than Czech only as visible in screenshot.

Is that a bug when there are not a last week or last month of this year?
If the week/month before this is used the month number above will be incorrect. I suspect it works as designed

In the first week of a new year I would expect "last week" to mean the last week of the previous year, though.

I agree it's a bug. But it's quite low priority. I do not think we will fix it before it "fixes" itself this year. But maybe before next 2017 at least. :)
