Absolutely agree with "Target." and the BadgeGen team. The problem I have experienced many times is, that especially begining cache owners often put the attribute "nigth cache" instead of "recommended at night" which have completely different meaning. Meanwhile NIGHT CACHE would be a cache, which is impossible (or pretty hardly possible) to trace during the daylight (because of the refflective signs e.g.), RECCOMENDATION AT NIGHT would mean, that the geocache is placed on a very public place, crowded during the working hours e.g., usually in urban area and recommendation is to prevent the revelation of the hiding place by "unauthorised" persons in order to protect the geocache.
I estimate this happens by mistake rather than on purpose. Nevertheless, this is the reason, why considering any night cache to be the "really" night one automatically, based on the attributes, would be completely messy and incorrect.
