I am looking for a challenge checker for GC3P2YG - Caching Around the Big Island Challenge and GC4NWXB - Xenolith - an A to Z Big Island Challenge for an upcoming trip to Hilo, HI in about a little over a year.

GC3P2YG - Caching Around the Big Island Challenge  is possible.
But border polygons for the districts are needed. If the exist on the open street map they can be extracted else someone have to create them.

GC4NWXB - Xenolith - an A to Z Big Island Challenge is impossible because the series part of a name cant be detected
"Also ignore cache names beginning with Series name. For example, a cache named "Birthday Series #16, A Fishing Boat" would be considered as having the name "Fishing Boat" for the purpose of this challenge."
Polygons are not available is OSM neither are the bounderies in Google Earth.
I have the boundaries in PDF but they have to be converted in coordinates.
So far I only managed to do one district over the Christmas periode.
