Missing Datas for Luxembourg Badge

It seems, that something has been changed for Luxembourg datas.

Right now my country badge for Luxembourg is somehow transparent. The error message says, that "project-gc doesn't have enough informations about that country to create a quality-badge" (but on the map site I still can find Luxembourg).

Have I missed something, or is it really a bug within the database?

Thats weird... I have a sapphire badge for Luxembourg in my statistics... But I get the mentioned message for Gibraltar and Seychelles...

Oh, right... Now it is transparent, one hour ago it was sapphire... It must have been updated in the meantime...
Then there's the question: why did it loose its status?

We have accidently removed some data for Luxembourg, regarding regions. This happened when upgrading the data for the counties. I will restore them within 24 hours.
