No and one without false negative cant be made because of:
"Geography V.B - 2 credits - Find a geocache at least 100 miles from home" The checker has no access to your home coordinates

"Non-Traditional Geocaching VI.B - 1 credit - Find at least 10 NGS Benchmarks" Benchmarks are not in the gc.com api and pgc have no access to those finds
