Is it possible to add a statistics tab for challenges similar to the FTF tab with a {Challenge} tag

You can create extra lists on your profile easily. I happen to have one on mine that is a list of challenges I have completed. Have a look at http://project-gc.com/ProfileStats/pinkunicorn#Milestones to see how it looks.

What you do to add a list like this is to go to http://project-gc.com/Statistics/ProfileStats and click "> Settings" and then add something under Custom cache lists. I've used the option of displaying the contents of a bookmark list, but there are other versions as well.
