I made a checker cause it gives a guide to cachers that they qualify but it is posible that some cachers will get a false positive as Target. explained.

Hi Vogelbird. I understand that the checker checks for upper case names only. Is that correct?
Could you edit this to lower case, too? Or is it not possible?

I think, most of the challenges i solved had their name in lower case or even (german style) written as "Challenge"

I would say no.
The requirement is
"Das Wort Challenge im Cachetitel enthalten und eine vor dem loggen zu erfüllende Aufgabe fordern.."
Google translate says

The second sould likely be translated to: "and demand that some task has to be completer before you are allowed to log the cache.

The word challenge in the title is no problem. The other part is because new challenge caches has to have the word challenge in the title but there is no rule that non challenge caches are not allowed to have the word challenge in the name.
There are unknown cacher with the word challenge in the title that are not challenge caches and a checker cant understand the difference.

That is if my translation is correct else it might be possible
