Currently no. Project-GC isn't aware of their boundaries at all. It's not reasonable for Project-GC to handle custom polygon data for hundreds of challenges
What could be possible though, is to let users have custom polygons which they could upload. Which would then have to be provided by the challenge owner, or someone else. I can't imagine this getting built anytime soon, especially not since no new challenges are allowed at the moment.
