No badge for a country how to report to geocaching HQ ?

Last year I visted a small country named: Liechtenstein. Unfortunately is see there is no country badge.
Is there a way I can report this to geocaching HQ ?

Badges have nothing to do with geocaching HQ. They are a third-party implementation. Suggestions for new badges can be posted here: http://www.badgegen.com/support.html

Since you meant souvenir. I would say there is nothing to report. Most countries don't have a souvenir, I assume it's the way they want it right now.

Judging from history, it seems their plan is to release new souvenirs for a few countries every year or so.
