I'm receiving PGC Q&A emails in different languages

Question

I get emails telling me when someone has replied to an answer I've posted on here, or when someone has answered one of my questions.

For the last few days, I've been receiving them in different languages. On Tuesday I got one in English and, later, one in French:

We are aware. We will fix that soon.

When installing the QA system, we allowed different languages. This had the side-effect that emails was sent in the language used by the one triggering the email. Ie, if I run the site in Spanish and I write this, the email sent will be in Spanish. We therefore removed the translations, and used en_US only.

A few weeks ago, we were asked if we could add translations. We had then forgotten about this issue and added it. Well, this was the result. Translations will be removed again, until we can properly send the emails in the users language (or en_US).
