Why not provide the Night-Owl und  The Scuba-Cacher via Bookmark-Lists, like the FTF-List for the profile stats here?

The FTF list is a huge exception due to how many are interested in it, and how many who already used log tagging.

In general it is a very unfair system since not everyone uses it. BadgeGen @ PGC is fair in the way that it is the same for everyone.
