Extremes by area question

I've got a question regarding the southmost Cache of my hometown Bremen:

I found this one, that's officially the southmost cache here: https://coord.info/GC92PGX (Bremens Zipfelcache Süd), but it's not shown in my table.

I looked in the stats of a more veteran cacher from this area, and he's got the upwards arrow for this one: https://coord.info/GC2QD7D (Feuchtgebiet), an archived cache.

So far, so fine, it's archived since 7 years, before I was in that area.

But...

The north coordinates of the Zipfelcache are N 53° 00.858', while the north coordinates of Feuchtgebiet were N 53° 00.954', so I wonder, in which coordinates system .954 is farther south than .858. How comes, that this is not shown correctly?

We have leagues for most dt by type. IE Most Earthcache unique dt to 81

We have the league for most dt loops but it doesn’t appear filterable on cache types. There is a league for unique dt by type in one day but not more generally. IE I cannot see how to view all the people from uk who have a full dt grid in earthcaches or virtuals or multis letterbox etc. I can if I view in one day but then no one has so I need the time frame more open.

Using Map of challenge caches with mobile?

Does anyone know is there anyway to use "Map of challenge caches" with a mobile phone (or tablet)? Of course, the map itself can be loaded, but selecting a set of caches (or all caches) from map and getting them to virtual GPS seems impossible as I can't figure a way to "draw" the line around the caches (ie. mouse click and drag).

BadgeGen, Calendar Cacher is not calculating correctly. It gives too high number (3291) for me. In addition, it does not count up after I log in new dates, but has stood still for a long time. Maybe waiting for me (2752) to catch up? :)

Mein letzter Meilenstein wird auf project-gc nicht korrekt angezeigt. Auf geocaching.com jedoch richtig. Dort ist er auch fixiert.

Startconditions: Browser loads "https://project-gc.com/"

Now if the "Inbox" link is cliked (https://project-gc.com/User/Messages) while the session is in unauthenticated state, the server throws an "Internal server error { ....... }"

The error is reproducable.

Receiving FP notifiactions with §OPTOUT§XXXX§ as the username

Myself and another cacher keep receiving email notifications for FPs where the FP was removed by §OPTOUT§XXXX§ (where XXXX seems to be a unique identifier)

It always seems to correspond to someone's name where they are giving a FP (and where they actually gave the FP a long time ago).

Thoughts?

Hello to all and merry christmas!!

Is there anybody, who is also sad about the "Banner" - Links on the Profil - page?

I myself searched on the Profilpages of other Geocachers for interesting Caches, because of seeing a Banner...

Since some times I dont get to the links that are usualy included in the Banners.

Is that only a problem with teh browser I use (Firefox) or has anybody the same problems?

Would be nice if anybody can also tell me, if one has soved that problem anyhow..

I know the trick/workaround : showing the first list on a Map then selecting another list on another tab then from the map adding one by one those i want to add to the second list.

In fact i would like to select a quite significant number of cache from one list and copy to another list. Is it easily possible like it is feasible in c:geo?

If not possible, would be a request to have such possibility to manage caches

Chech Republic Map broken

It seems the map of the Czech Republic is broken in the stats, it is only grey. Also the title reads “Czechia” which sounds odd (see https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_Republic)

How long does it take until Project - GC adjusts to a new home location?

I recently moved, and consequently changed my home location. In the profile stats tab everything changed accordingly with the first update of the stats. However, for tools and other statistics, the page still defaults to my old home location. It's not a big issue, but does anyone know how long it will take?

Feature Request: Add Last found date to the 'Not found Caches' tools

If would be good to add the Last Found date to the the 'Not found Caches' Tool. Like that you could filter on only caches that have been unfound for more than a certain number of days.

Alternatively, have a separate tool for this purpose.

Settings page does not support regions in override home location

I see that an option has been added to let you add an override setting to let you yourself determine your home location, rather than have an algorithm determine it on the basis of your finds. Admirable.

It seems, however, that there is a discrepancy between what this system knows about which regions are available, and which regions the map filters do. If I go to one of the map tools and choose Denmark as my home country (default, has a button next to it with a flag), I get to pick from one of the 5 regions in Denmark afterwards to narrow my search (and then the same again for county within that region , but that's irrelevant here). If I explicitly pick Denmark in the override drop-down box on the settings page, no options are available in the "Regions" drop-down box.

Its fair enough if the algorithm determines that it does not have sufficient data to conclude which region is my home region (and I am explicitly not opening the discussion on whether it does or not here), but for the override setting, all the regions should be an option. It's not like project-gc does not know which ones are available.

Show furthest caches in home country?

It's cool how Proj GC shows your furthest caches in every direction.... however, one overseas trip tends to skew the numbers.... I'd love to be able to see the absolute furthest, and maybe the furthest in our usual caching areas? Seems weird I know, but it's nice to push the boundaries, but we can't get back to New Zealand every second weekend, and once you get one there, its unlikely you'll find too many more further east (or south!)....

How about a way to see what DNFs you've logged that have/haven't been avenged?

It would be really cool to have a way to see what DNFs you've logged that have/haven't been avenged. Additional details about how many times you've DNF'd it and how the duration of time between DNF and the find would be awesome.

Before you log on the website of this cache, you should find (have found) 2 other caches that have met de following requirements:
1. both caches should be found on the same date
2. make sure the coordinates at the top both cache pages are between 10 and 20 kilometres apart
3. both caches must be of the same type (only Traditional-, Multi-, Letterbox, Virtual-, Webcam-, Mystery-, Earth-, Wherigo caches and all Events count)

A cache I have logged is not shown in the elevation statistics. On my friends statistics, it's showing.

I have logged GCB652 (Europaeische Paesse (2582 m)), but it's not showing on my "Highest and lowest elevations" in the Stats page. It should be on second place. On my friends (Team Thoresen) page, it's showing as it should.

I know the cache might be exempt, because it's by definition a locationless, even though it's virtual. That don't explain why it's showing on a friends stats page, and not mine.

When I ran a challenge checker (http://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC4T9FB/1905), it included the cache, but why isn't it showing in the stats on my profile, when it's showing on his? :)

Please help.
