Graphics/ Icons missing for "Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba" and "Curacao"

- The flag is missing on the "Maps" page
- The flag is missing on the "Milestone" page causing the tables to be malformed
- The badge for the country is missing in "BadgeGen"

Confusion regarding Curacao, Bonaire, Netherlands Antilles and Sint-Martin.

While searching for caches located in Curacao using Map Compare I noticed that not all of the caches on the island would show up. I finally found them under Netherlands Antilles. This also affects Bonaire. Sint Martin also has some issues. It also is included in Netherlands Antilles but some of the caches on that side of the island are shown as being a part of Saint Martin which is a different country.
