How do I update stats for a cache that was unpublished after I found it?

Back on October 3, 2002, I logged a find on virtual cache GC7ED5 Ford's Revenge.

https://coord.info/GL14EFG

At some point after that, the cache was unpublished. The find on this cache still shows on my Geocaching.com stats, but doesn't show on Project-GC.

Is there a way to get it to show here? It's throwing all my stats since 2002 off by one cache!

Falsche Statistik bei Caches mit identischem Namen / Wrong Statistic with caches with same name

Found cache was later unpublished - why is it now missing from Project-GC?

On a recent cache outing, we scored an FTF on an EarthCache. It seems that there was a problem with the EarthCache and the reviewers "unpublished" it.

The log is still visible and counts towards our finds on Geocaching.com but it has disappeared from our Finds on ProjectGC so no longer counts and an FTF on our BadgeGen (the log in question is http://coord.info/GLM66X49). It doesn't look like the cache is coming back so we won't get the benefit of the logs reappearing in the future.

Does the find fail to count towards our stats because the log is hidden from the API due to the cache being unpublished or some other factor?

Border between countys is not correct

	Hello,

on the map is a missing part that belongs to nothing. So some of the caches count to the western county (Bremerhaven/Bremen) but they belong to (Wesermarsch/Niedersachsen).

	For example: http://coord.info/GC4DHFY

How can that be fixed? Is there any function to report caches that a wrong in counting to county or country?

Hope the screenshots may help to see what i mean.

Statistics reported by Project GC are incorrect because of withdrawn caches

My statistics as reported by Project GC are incorrect. I've figured out the reason: two of my finds are for caches that, for some reason, Groundspeak decided to change to "unpublished" rather than "archived". The finds show up on my statistics page, and attempts to visit the cache pages from the logs give "cache is unpublished". The same issue affects a number of my friends. Is there anything that can be done about this? Is it a flaw in the Geocaching API?

If there isn't a way to get correct stats through the Geocaching API, I suppose users could have a way to give project-gc the log number for their missing finds.

Still incorrect statistics since several weeks!!!!

Bin erst seit kurzem hier zahlendes Mitglied.

Ich weiß, daß es verzögert ist, bis die neuesten gefunden caches in der Statistik richtig gezählt sind.

Jedoch fehlen mir seit kurzem ca. 3 Caches insgesammt. Ich glaube, das war an dem Tag, als von GC die große Abschaltung war.

Ist damit zu rechnen, daß der Fehler automatisch in nächster Zeit behoben wird, oder kann ich selbst etwas tun??

Merci für Hilfe

	Update from 30.04.2015

So now, sorry for my realy bad english, but as I learnd, this is the official language, to write in this forum ;-)

Till today there is no positiv change in my account.

The daily update is working, and my new finds are shown in my account.

But: there are constantly 3 till 4 founds, that are not shown in my account. But not the newest!!!

That are founds, that I made severel (I think 14 days) ago.

Still the waymark at 1.000 th found is incorrect.

At my geocaching.account. on Groundspeak there are (and I know, the Lab-Caches are not in count!!) 3 - 4 founds more listed. I think, there was a troble at the Groundspeak-website, I think when the web-side was updated durin March or April this year. Till that time ther is that problem.

	Are you working on it???

	Thanks for your kindly regard.

	Best Whises

Why is project GC showing more caches per region then I found?

According to geocaching.com I found 227 caches in the Netherlands, project GC is showing 230. The regions map is also showing incorrect counts. Regions Utrecht, Flevoland en Gelderland are showing higher counts compared to Geocaching.com. My friend is having the same issues with Flevoland.

Other regions are correct, they are not 'missing' any caches, so it doesn't look like it's because of small changes in the borders. Unless there are overlapping regions somehow?

I checked for bad logs, but I had none. But they could not be the cause for to many caches. How can this be fixed?

In top cacher, suggest to represent status of caches in different colors

With a lot of caches I'm proud to have a lot of maintained caches in good condition. Sometime i think it's time to have a maintenance run.

Suggestion: in the top cacher statistics,

- color the line in two color for archived and available

- or more intersting, in 3 with archive, maintenance needed, and available.

keeping the total lenght of the line

I have recently got -1 cache missing in my PGC statistics and i have read about it in the Q&A section but i am not satisfied.
I would like to see a tool here on PGC where i can upload my finds.gpx file from geocaching.com to PGC and then PGC tells me what cache(s) PGC can't discover making my statistics halting.

Req: Overview sum of caches for each type for each D/T for a selected Country

Is it possible to show a D/T-matrix of the sum of all caches in a selected Country, optionally selecting cache type? This way it is possible to see which combinations are rare. This filter might help that cachers create more caches with rare D/T combinations.
