That's one that you can still acquire if you're willing to travel to Wisconsin, USA so it ought to be in that list. Now, if the answer is "that attribute is old and deprecated" I note that "Lost and Found" is still on the list, but that's not one that a new cacher can acquire as no active cache has it.
