Historical locations of Cache centroid with a map

ProfileStats > Cache centroid is an interesting yet pretty useless piece of information. Unfortunately we are now limited to only seeing the current location. I think it would be a nice touch to be able to go back in time and see the past coordinates yearly or monthly.

Animation on the map as it moves around could be the holy grail of this idea but it might be also too far off. Probably a static map with yearly (or monthly) centroids and a dashed line between them would be sufficient.

Cache Centroid Hyper Link to Map

Please consider adding a hyper link to the cache centroid coordinates, allowing members to see where it falls on a map.

Thank you.

Cache centroid link to map

On the stats page, is it possible to link the Cache centroid to the Geocaching.com map of the relevant location? It would save having to cut-and-paste the coordinates.

How is the "Cache centroid" calculated?

My Cache centroid is more north than my Most Northerly cache found.

So obviously it does not refer to average coordinates.

Is it possible that the centroid is calculated as 3-dimensional? So if I have something in Europe and in USA, the centroid can be even under the Greenland's surface.

	Is that correct?
