GCADQCM Elevation Short By Over 2/3

Hi there,

I recently noticed that the Project-GC elevation for one of my caches, GCADQCM, is significantly off. PGC lists it at 641m, whereas its actual elevation is about 2100m. I understand that the elevation data can be off, but with this being such a significant difference I was wondering if it may be the result of a bug that can be fixed.

The cache is new, having been published just a month ago if that helps. Let me know if there's any other info you need!

functionality to import gpx file into virtual GPS

In the Virtual GPS it would be nice to have an 'import' button to be able to upload an external gpx file with corrected coordinates just like we already have the export option

Any experience in importing a PGC GPX file into GSAK so I get the user data in GSAK ?

When I create a VGPS collection for export to GPX file I can enter value for userdata like user3.

Now I want those to show up in my GSAK database, but I dont think GSAK by default handle those fields....

Any good ideas

Database of Cache elevation - what Database is being used?

I would like to know from where Project GC knows at which elevation a cache is. For example: If you were to place a Cache in an old mine, the hight shown would probably be the hight of the ground above and not the hight of the actual Cache. Is there a way to state at which hight a certain Cache actually is?

Elevation chart data

On the stats page there is the 'Elevation Chart' and it shows all of the caches found in the various elevation bands. Is there anyway to see the data behind this chart? There is an Elevation Band challenge that I would like to complete, but I need to gather the data for it. If I had the data that generates this chart, I think it would do the trick.

How can I add information about a country map?

Well, there are some countries that have not information maps in milestone.

The thing is how can I add this information and create a country map with its regions and counties?

- Not missing in your DB as it is reported when asking the GCcode.

- but not returned by wildcard 'enigme3' doesn't find anything, though 'enigme1' or 'enigme2' which are two other of my placed cache are repotrted. No caches matched your search.

How can i upload json data with coords of districts to use in a checker with an excisting script?

Ee copied and modified an excisting script for testing with special data for some districts of our home town.

Now its all ok. How can we upload the coord data to use the original script with only parameter information pointing to the uploaded data.
