Can I submit a list of caches to be categorized as Challenges?

I am new to Project-GC. I have maintained a list of the challenge caches I have found over the years and started comparing it to the list reported by Project-GC. I've noticed several discrepancies: primarily caches that should be added to Project-GC's list, but also some that are on Project-GC's list but really aren't challenges. Is there a forum to submit these discrepancies, or is this just busy work that takes time away from more important development efforts?

How can I generate a map (or list) of only the challenge caches I have satisfied the requirements for?

I would like to be able to generate a map (or list) of only the challenge caches I have satisfied the requirements for, but haven't yet written a note in the log. This would require excluding not only the challenge caches I haven't satisfied, but also those that have checkers that haven't been run against my account (those with a blue bubble in the lower left). Seeing that on a map (or even better, as a list) would be great!
