Exclude error logged owned caches for caches transfer by Groundspeak to me by the original owner

Project-GC has no way of telling the difference between a cache I created myself and one that I have adopted from someone else. So the Find Bad Logs add those in logged owned cache list but they are not a real bad log. But may be is it possible to add a feature to exclude cache adopted. May be it is possible to verify the logs of a logged owned cache to check if there is a Write Note log with this part of text "was transferred from" added by Groundspeak when a cache was transferred. So, the cache can be removed from the logged owned caches list generated by Projet-gc.

duplicate logs

On my Dup logs on owned caches stat, I deleted a bunch of the duplicate logs about 10 days ago but they still show. Also, some logs aren't duplicates - the user placed a note and a log or they were mentioned in someone else's logs. Seems like a bit of a bug. Thanks!

Tried to send this to support but for some reason nothing happens when I hit submit. The CAPCHA is red and the email is red. Both are correct.

'find bad logs' - logged own caches not reflective

Is it possible to show how many of the caches as shown in the 'Logged owned caches' list that are adopted
I had a clean sheet in the find bad logs tab - but adopted a cache a while ago and as it was one that I had found some 13 years earlier now shows up in that category of logged owned caches. Though I know I have adopted it - anyone else looking at this tab would have to click on the cache ID to check and even then not all adopted caches have enough detail on the cache page to show it is adopted - you find out by clicking CO details or scroll down the logs.

Most would think - really why would another cacher do any of that anyway ? .... it happens - I have even checked other cacher stats myself

However my point is would it be possible to have some sort of marker next to those caches that are adopted in that list

Thanks

What is to do to remove souvenirs that were erraneously received?

I received 2 souvenirs erraneously by logging caches with the "wrong" GC-number. I was aware of this immediately after sending the logs by receiving "wrong" country souvenirs. Afterwards it was easy to delete the "wrong" logs and send the right ones. This corrected my numbers, my history and statistics. But it did not remove the wrong souvenirs (1 x Ontario (Canada) and 1 x Massachusetts).

Does anybody know who could correct this (small) error?

Groundspeak denies multiple FI logs

Maybe you catched new change of rules (valid from 8th May 2017)

Cache owners will no longer be able to log a Find, DNF, Webcam Photo Taken, Needs Archived, or Needs Maintenance on their owned caches. However, event owners can log an Attended or Will Attend on their own events.

Players will no longer be able to log more than 1 (one) Find, Attended, Webcam Photo Taken, or Will Attend per cache. Players will still be able to change a Write Note to a Find if they have not already logged a Find on the cache.

These changes are not retroactive. Past logs are not affected.

So until that date we can clean logs with perfect tool Find Bad Logs from Project-GC and then will be everything watched by Groundspek directliy (finaly).

Did PGC stop this tool or it still remains in menu ?

Bad Logs and adopted caches

Is it possible to identify caches that have been adopted? I ask as a friend has found two cached that they have subsequently adopted. Now of course that shows up in the Bad Logs report as having signed own caches although they weren't their own at the time.

If it is possible could the bad logs feature have an option to exclude adopted caches in the check please?

find bad logs

I used the feature "find bad logs" and deleted my entries of two caches which are now "archived". However there is still one cache which appears in "my bad logs", although i deleted my second log. That was some weeks ago. What's the problem there? Thanks for your help and greetings from Austria!

Dublicate bad-logs not showing on the same row if the GC-code is the same

Not sure if this is a bug or if the site has changed, but I remenber that if one cache had dublicate logs from more than one nick the count was on the same GC-code in the list. Now if four nicks has dublicate logs on the same cache the cache is listed four times instead of just one.
How often is the "find bad logs" data updated?

I used the "Find Bad Logs" profile tool -- great and thank you for that.

So now I took some action and deleted some duplicate find logs. However, the tool results look essentially the same even a few days later.

What will cause the tool to update the results?
