Tooltip on not yet earned badges makes no sense

In the detailed view of the badges, the tooltip (when hovering with the cursor over the badge) makes no sense for the badges you haven't got.

It says "Awarded for ... 0 ..." But these badges weren't awarded to you and a Score of 0 also would be no Award.

The Head-In-The-Ground Award even displays a Score of 9999 in the Tooltip.

My Badgen Head-In-The-Ground Award says that I have found a cache at -4942m. I think this is wrong. On my "Finds" tab, it shows my lowest elevation cache at -55m (which is probably correct).

Is this a bug?
