Hi,

Why I cannot hide my statistics from all users? this can be done for non premium users but not for premium user as I am - or what do I do wrong?

I found 1 cache hidden in July 2006. How can I identify that one cache?

When I look at my finds by month hidden, I can see the #1 in the square for 2006 / July. I need to identify that cache for a challenge. When I do a search, it defaults to "unfound" caches to help me fill in the calendar. But I'd like to search "found" caches for a specific date. Is that possible?

Bug; Stat Compare should hide stats

Not really a bug, just a feature not implemented correctly:

bumandworker, for example, has chosen to hide their profile statistics. However some of their statistics are available via Stat Compare. Stat Compare should examine the hide setting and suppress these results.

This would report the number of consecutive months the user has hidden a cache (based on date hidden field). An option would exclude all event types. This would be patterned after the Monthly FTF Streak stat with similar options for country/state filters and the current vs broken streaks indication.

The 'secret' algorithms for spotting the caches that need a maintenance at geocaching.com are according to me completely wrong. As hider, what do you think about it? How do you spot the cache that need the most a visit?

And I could say that statistically as I have more than 500 placed cache of which about 30 are selected by me for future maintenance. (with help of project-gc query 'need maintenance')

So simple for me is 3 or more 'not found', by different geocacher (yes some put two time the same message), on a different dates (yes, the same date is a complete team that doesn't search well) and by geocachers having experience (say more than 300 found and/or more than 20 placed caches).

Another is to see which cache not so often visited that have a delay of twice the mean delay between visit.

A 'wet paper' message is not for me having many caches a priority, at contrary a broken box is certainly a message for which I put the cache on my list and then, regularly (or not according to wheather) i define circuits of maintenance with project-GC (or GSAK that I still use sometimes)

Now that i see results from geocaching.com to spot hide that need maintenance,I understand better why there was a great & stormy discussion when the virtual were distributed!

As hider, what do you think about it? How do you spot the cache that need the most a visit?

Why are adopted Caches are Not counted in the Hide Statistik?

I adopted a Cache but after statistic update - i can't find it in my Cache hide statistic.

Or is that only for Caches that I personell placed?

If there is no function as described as of my post http://project-gc.com/qa/?qa=1310/which-cache-was-my-number-x i would like to see one. Is this something that can be implemented?
