Feature Request: Add Last found date to the 'Not found Caches' tools

If would be good to add the Last Found date to the the 'Not found Caches' Tool. Like that you could filter on only caches that have been unfound for more than a certain number of days.

Alternatively, have a separate tool for this purpose.

Replace hidden date by publish date for "not found caches" tool

The "not found caches" tool provides a list of caches without FTF together with some basic information including the hidden date.
My feature request is to replace the hidden date by the publish date, since this would allow the user to really see how long the cache is published.

I looked for unfound caches in my province using this tool:

However, at least one unfound cache is missing:

There might be more, but there's this one for sure. Looks to be a small bug to me.

I don't see one of my not yet founded cache (http://coord.info/GC61XAM) on the search "Not Found Caches"

Looking at global level Belgium, nor at closer look Belgium/Liege

This cache is published and not found since more than 2 weeks,

Note that This cache is premium. Does it enter into the search criteria?

Another one is well visible tough (http://coord.info/GC5MDFX). This one is published few months ago :-)
