How to close a TB rescue mission as owner

I placed a TB rescue mission. It is a month old and nobody found the TB. I would like to close that mission now to clear the map. I tried:

- logging a comment

- logging a DNF

But the mission is still there.

How do I close that mission? Help appreciated. Thanks

TB Rescue map fails to open popup when called from mail link

Once I receive a information mail regarding a travelbug needing rescue and I follow the link in that mail, I am unable to open the mission details. Simply nothing happens when tapping on the "rescue mission" button.

I think I found the reason:

When using the mail link https://project-gc.com/Tools/TBRescue#4105 its does not work to open details.
Once I open the rescue map via the normal link https://project-gc.com/Tools/TBRescue it works.

1. How do you request a TB mission? I cannot find the option.

2. When I try to sign up to volunteer to be a TB rescuer and click my default zone in the watch zone, I get “unknown server error”

we found a travelbug named as "RESCUE MISSION". We think this TB was lost. The owner is not answering since a longer time. Is there any possibility to search on the rescue map the mission and close to get the point.

Hello,

the TB Rescue Map is no longer displayed. At the place where the card is originally to be seen, I only have a grey box left.

The problem has been there for about a week now and I can't detect any changes by changing my browser.

I used the following options:

Windows 10 64bit

Firefox 65.0.1

MS Edge v. Unknown

Chrome 71.0.3578

I.OS Safari

Can anyone help?

Deleting TB Rescue logs

Is there a function to delete any logs posted on TB Rescue by users (not owners)? My server timed out and looped 10 logs on one TB mission, wheep!

When a mission is taken down, where do my logs go if I want to delete them, they still show in the user graph in statistics.

When i enter the TB rescue page, the map with rescue areas is shown but not any markers. I have looked at at the page sevral times over a month but with no difference.

I cannot seem to find this feature on the map. The top left icon is to enlarge page to full screen (box with 4 corner). There isn't binoculars on map.

Im hoping this is a simple one and just a PEBKAC on my behalf. I want to sign up to TB rescue, on the page is says click the sidebar on the left to add a zone to watch. I either don't have, or am blind and cant see said sidebar. Using Chrome on Mac (safari is the same FWIW). I have hovered over/tried the icon list down the LHS of the map, none give me a sidebar......

Hi, I currently have 2 TB's that I've found in caches. For some reason I can't log them (blocked by owner?). I can't even find them in the Groundspeak database. Since I'm only started caching this year, I expect this number to grow. So I was wondering what to do with those?

Maybe it's possible to make a reversed TB rescue or something?

Maybe I'm some kind of blind, but I can't find the option to delete my active watch zones or to create new ones... where can I find it?

I can't find it under Tools-->Tb-Rescue and not on my profile settings...

When there is new TB around, I got a mail with link, for example this one:

The page loads, but the actual TB is not highlighted or anyhow marked. Also the clicking on the one bug or any other and clicking on "Rescue Mission" does not cause any action.

And again, no markers on rescue Map.

Strange behavior of the Rescue map..:

Sometimes it displays the markers, sometimes not.

Right now, it is not.

Is there a database update at this time of day? So that the markers "disappear" while parsing the DB and then later re-appear?

Or is there still a bug hidden inside?

Again, there is a bug on the TB-Rescue map.

I can't see any markers anymore. Earlier today (before noon) it worked..

Only the rescue Zones are visible.

Adding new TB rescue zone not possible on iPad

When using my iPad and trying to add a new zone to tbrescue I get the fly out form. However when I try to click the field to type in the name or any of the other fields then the underlying map updates/moves/interacts.

The result is I cannot modify the zones on my iPad. It works on desktop PC running Firefox. On iPad I'm using Safari. iOS 9.2.1 iPad Air.

I went into the rescue mission and my default rescue area was in red as it was not enabled. I enabled it and it disappeared. I have added an additional region and it also does not appear in green as indicated. On the top right of the screen it does indicate I have two active zones covering 39 000 km2
